Tebyan says 300 of 373 luxury apartments have been sold in project built in collaboration with crystal giant Swarovski

Tebyan, the Dubai-based developer of Sparkle Towers, a luxury residential project in Dubai Marina in a deal with crystal giant Swarovski, has announced that construction has been completed.

The company said 75 units have been handed over, with 300 of the 373 apartments sold.

The twin-tower development consists of 29 and 14 storeys respectively and is connected by a four-floor residential podium.

The towers are made up of 373 luxury studio, one-, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as two penthouses.

Sean McCauley, CEO of Dubai-based Devmark, which is managing sales and marketing for Sparkle Towers, said: “Thousands of Swarovski crystals adorn various elements of the building providing a unique offering which has undoubtedly resulted in increased interest from investors while also creating favourable returns on investment. Residents are welcomed into the towers via a high-end marble entrance glittering with Swarovski crystals, while the the residences are also accented by crystal-encrusted signage and door numbers.

Amenities include a fitness centre and spa, temperature-controlled swimming pools, separate men’s and women’s jacuzzi and sauna as well as a dedicated residents’ lounge.

Externally, residents can enjoy landscaped gardens, a children’s splash park and a play area, valet parking, an on-demand limousine service and 24-hour concierge and security will also be provided.
